    Directions

    Take I-5 exit 186 and east onto 128th St. SE. Proceed east on 128th to 19th Ave. SE (Bothell-Everett Hwy) and turn left onto 19th Ave. SE. Continue north to 112th St. SE.Turn left onto 112th St. SE. Proceed about four blocks to 14th Ave. Turn left onto 14th Ave. Road becomes Silver Lake Rd. The park is on the left.

    SPECIAL RULES AT THIS PARK:
    • • No alcohol! Park police will be out looking for violators. We love this course so lets not loose it!
    • • No pets allowed at this park. I know that our cross community is a dog-loving one, but please respect the park rule on this one. Venues HAVE been known to be lost due to dogs!
    • • Tents can not be staked, so bring weights.
    • • Team Staging: We will have team tents along the south side of the course, which is near the start area. However, parking is very limited and few if any cars will be allowed to park here. The gates will be open until 8:30am for drop off of team tents and supplies.
    Please park in the upper main lot.
